Chaur Saheb is an implement normally Found next to the Manji Saheb ji where the Sri Guru Granth Saheb ji is placed during the day within the Gurdwaras Darbar saheb(main hall). The chaur saheb is used to fan the Guru Granth Saheb ji as a Sign of reverence and respect for the Scriptures. The Sevadar respectfully waves the chaur saheb above the Guru Saheb as a Sign of respect and dedication. A fan made of Yaks hair or Peacock feathers which is waved over the Gurus and now over Granth Saheb Ji, Designation Royal Authority.
Rumala saheb means a square or rectangular piece of Cloth used to cover the sri Guru Granth Saheb ji in The Gurdwaras. The Clothe which is used ceremonially to cover the Guru Granth Saheb ji.
It is found at the beginning of the Mul Mantra meaning there is only one God.
